We are now offering Power Assisted Liposuction, a new technique that compliments Tumescent Liposculpture and Laser Assisted Liposculpture (SmartLipo).
PAL uses a powerized cannula which moves back and forth through the fat tissue in a rapid motion.
With PAL less force is required to remove unwanted fat, especially in areas of more fibrous tissue. This makes the procedure easier and less traumatic to the patients. PAL also allows the removal of more fat than traditional liposuction for much better results.
